What is Biltong?
Biltong is South Africa’s delicious version of beef jerky. We gently cure America’s finest meat cuts using a special mixture of salt and spices for over 20 days. The result is succulent, thick cut slices of beef dried to perfection.
Fine beef cuts are cured using a secret spice mixture for 21 days, creating a mouth watering meat snack you can take anywhere.
Each 1oz serving of biltong contains 15g of pure protein. With no carbohydrates and no sugar, it has become a favorite for athletes, bodybuilders, and outdoor adventurers.
Our cows eat a natural hormone-free diet. Their natural enzymes are intact during meat curing allowing for easy digestion. It is free of gluten, MSG, nitrates or preservatives.
