Biltong is a type of seasoned dried beef that originates from South Africa. It is similar to beef jerky, except it is cured for more than 20 days using a special blend of spices, salt and vinegar.
You should store your biltong in a cool dry place. To prevent it from drying out too fast you can place it in an air-right container in the refrigerator after opening.
